Ruchi Motial-Suri founded Success Culture, a consulting firm with a focus on creating impactful and influential everyday leaders. The idea was born from Ruchi’s experience of managing large scale and complex projects. Ruchi specialised in turning around projects from ‘Red’ to ‘Green’, realising that it was her leadership style that allowed the same team to step up and deliver successfully when she stepped in as the Project Leader. She packages this experience combined with neuroscience based techniques to assist other Leaders to improve work cultures and create high performing teams. Before starting her own consulting, Ruchi worked with blue chip organisations in Asia, Australia & UK, leading projects in the capacity of Program Manager and Project Director.
